Every cyclist needs it at some point. A flat tire is unavoidable and replacement is often necessary. The BikeTube road tubes are extremely light for when every gram counts. Make sure you got one around your wheels, and you always got a spare one with you for when you need it.
Size guide
Innertubes for bicycles can have three different types of valves; Dunlop, Presta or Schrader. Dunlop valves are common used city bikes and e-bikes in the Netherlands. Schrader valves on mountain bikes or bikes with wide tires, and Presta valves are preferred for high-pressure tubes common on road or touring bikes. Choose a valve type that matches your bike pump and select the length in our range from 30 - 80mm, based on your rim depth because deeper rims need longer valves for easy inflation.
Our superlite tubes are made from lightweight butyl rubber to save grams without sacrificing on durability. They're ideal for performance focused riders and also available with removable valves for easy replacement.

Innertube with a Presta valve
This innertube is available with a Presta valve, also known as a French valve. This is essential for road and touring bike enthusiasts. This valve type handles high pressures, but when inflating the innertube with this valve you need to open the valve by unscrewing the nipple on top. It's a go-to choice for cyclists seeking efficient and reliable inflation for their high-performance rides.
Innertube with a Dunlop valve
This innertube is available with a Dunlop valve, also known as a Dutch valve. The preferred option for urban bicycle and e-bike users in the Netherlands and beyond. This widely-used valve type makes it convenient for cyclists looking for straightforward and accessible tube inflation. Whether you're commuting in the city or exploring other countries.
Innertube with a Schrader valve
This innertube is available with a Schrader valve, also known as an automotive valve. Perfect for mountain bike riders and those with wide-tire bicycles. This valve type is commonly found on cars and allows easy inflation at gas stations without the need for extenders or adapters. It's a practical choice for riders looking for hassle-free tire inflation on their rugged, off-road adventures.
Superlite innertube
This innertube is a superlite version of the tire, just like the standard innertube it's made from a butyl rubber compound, but in a version where every gram counts. A superlite innertube is lighter, making it easier to carry with you and lets you save a few extra grams there too. Without losing any tire quality. And it's also available with a removable valve for those who replace valves.
What valve type do I need?
We offer innertubes with three different types of valves: Dunlop, Presta, and Schrader. Understanding the differences between these valve types is crucial when selecting the right innertube for your bike.
The Dunlop valve (also known as Dutch valve) is known for its wide usage in the Netherlands. Most urban bicycles and e-bikes in the Netherlands (and other countries) use this kind of valve. You can use any floor pump to inflate innertubes with this valve.
The Schrader valve (also known as Automotive valve) is mainly used on cars. The type of bikes that make use of these valves are mountain bikes and other kinds of bikes with wide tires. This type of valve makes it easy to inflate your tube at a gas station without any use of extenders.
The Presta valve (also known as French valve) is mainly used on road and touring bikes. An innertube with this type of valve is suitable for high pressures. They have a slender and elongated shape, requiring a smaller valve hole in the rim. When inflating an innertube with this valve you need to open the valve by unscrewing the nipple on top.
When choosing an innertube, it's essential to consider the valve type that matches your bike's rim and the pump you'll be using. Measure the valve hole diameter on your rim and ensure compatibility with the valve type you select.
We understand the importance of choosing the right valve length for your innertubes. We offer a range of valve lengths, varying from 30mm to 80mm, to accommodate different rim depths and bike setups.
When selecting the valve length, it's crucial to consider the depth of your rim. The valve needs to protrude adequately to allow for easy inflation and deflation. If your rim is shallow, a shorter valve length will suffice. However, for deeper rims, such as those found on aerodynamic or carbon wheels, a longer valve length is necessary to ensure convenient access for the pump head.
It's recommended to measure the depth of your rim or the length of your current valve (as shown on the picture) and consider any additional rim tape or valve extenders that may affect the required valve length. Having the correct valve length guarantees a secure connection and hassle-free maintenance of your innertubes.
